Chapter 2

I was on my way to Taco Bell in my dad’s brand-new SUV, and I wasn’t paying the slightest attention to where I was leading the truck. Just as I was turning up the brand new 3OH!3 song, I ran smack-dab into something tall and metallic that made the vehicle tremble. I’d run into the sign. There was a deafening wail as the sign fell onto the car with an even louder crash. I was in real trouble now. Dad JUST bought this car! He’s going to be SO mad! I thought to myself. Then, I heard the sirens, and firefighters pried me from the car. This was just HORRIBLE! It would be all over the news. Mom and dad would KILL me!
