A Rush..from the Past

A Rush..from the Past

A Poem by Winters_Lost_Walk

I took a stroll in the path we used to follow,
Inhaling the familiar scents we left behind.
Every single memory stands still
Where weeds have now grown,
Covering up what was left
Of the ground we sat on
While we played guitar
And sang along.

I saw us there
In my mind, on the bench
In my thoughts, on the swings
And I heard you talk, and sing our songs
On a sunny afternoon, on the grass so soft
While the little black ants crawled up your trousers
And in my mind, I also heard your laughter and saw your smile.

About
It's about time I do actually write something about me =] I'm a 19 year old girl, quite an emotional person. It's a little hard describing myself, but from what others say, I'm a lively girl, and ope.. more..
