Redhead GoddessA Poem by Brittany DefrancoInspired by a friend here on this siteOh Redhead Goddess, Mysterious and true, Her words ring For all those to hear, Acts with beauty and grace, A great Queen, In another life. Oh Redhead Goddess, Dark yet light, Her judgement is fair In the courtroom by day, In the bedroom by night, Do not cross her For her wraith will storm For all to see. Oh Redhead Goddess, Many wish to lay with thee, She could command an army Or three to please her Among the sheets, Though she knows Which will love her And which will betray. Oh Redhead Goddess, What do you see in the mirror? An angel with wings, Or a red queen with lace? Perhaps judgement and death, Or life that is fair among all humans. Oh Redhead Goddess, What is it that you want? Not even she knows, For she puts others first, Then cares for herself.
