Unknown Eyes

A life once known

Now he keeps to his own

Just open your eyes

Tell him that he’s not invisible

Show him his pride

Just open up your eyes

 

As I fall apart

I feel a little like I’m a man apart

Try to go for my heart

This broken man looks at me from a far

He carries me to safety

Makes sure that he stopped the bleeding

Who it this man

That I can’t understand

 

Thank you so much

With-out you 

I would have drowned in my own blood

You I don’t know

Yet you walk these streets saving souls

I guess for now your unknown

 

Just open your eyes

Let this man shine

Maybe I’ll get to hold the shadows light

Because everything will be all right

So open up your eyes
