Far From Over

I have never been here

But I feel you so near

I whisper in the dark

Follow that sound of my heart

And I’ll take away all of your fears

So hold back your tears

Because every things becoming clearer

 

I try to grab hold

But my hands turn to sand

So lost I don’t feel like a man

I’m doing the best that I can

To save your soul

 

My time is slipping away

There’s so much left

In this world that I want to stay

I’m trying to keep my world adrift

I’m holding on as hard as I can

Everyone deserves a second chance

But you can’t understand

 

But this is far from over

I’ll be the one that takes over

I’ll be the one in control

Your soul in one hand

And there’s a second chance in the other one

I guess that I finally got enough
