How do you appreciate

what you have not felt

you can’t hate

when your stuck in a shell

you call a name but you don’t get any help

you try to find the words to say

you can’t bring yourself

 

With nothing left to lose

you begin to tighten your noose

your so close but so far away

the closer you get the more you feel the shame

there’s nothing left to prove

so you have nothing left to lose

 

What made you so far gone

what made you so lost

you don’t want to be here

you can’t control your thoughts

the closer you get the more you feel so wrong

 

There’s something that you have not seen

there’s some things that can’t be seen

when you bleed it’s what you feed

you can’t appreciate

what you have not felt

cause your still stuck in your shell
