Barren Street

Barren Street

A Poem by Sarah-Beth
"

I wrote this at a time when I felt lost and confused yet strong at the same time.

"

Walking down this barren street

with no one I know and no one to meet.

I sit here on this dusty corner

searching my mind I find myself a foreigner

whos been left behind.

And with nothing to do and nothing to say

I'll listen to the wind blow until another day.

And with no one I know and no one to meet

I'll continue my journey down this barren street.
