About the same guy that most of my poems are about but this one isnt that good

I thought about you on Valentines day

I didn't mean to I swear

But when people get bored

their minds wander to places kept away

places with memories that left scars and wounds

My mind wandered to us

It hurt me to think about you that way.

Flashbacks to when we were there

The bronzing sun

grass untouched

...you

Everything seemed perfect but sometimes,

memories are just as blind as lies

This is not confusing........seriously this is very good. It bursts out like a heart beating almost in rage but then the heart realizes that it can't go any further and slows down out of a sadness that comes from understanding that the rage wasn't worth that person. Brilliant....simply brilliant

That's really pretty. Valentines Day is such a difficult holiday if you don't have somebody special to hold. I half think that it should be disbanded for the utter pandemonium that it makes of some people's lives. We can just double up on the Easter chocolate instead.
