Wow... simply love the honesty in your emotions.. we are many things as people.. it's a daily struggle.. good and bad.. some people pull us like magnets and I have felt that affect a time or too. Part of being human is having so many emotions, feelings and beliefs.. we fall.. get up.. there are no rules when it comes to matters of the heart.. we can only feel what is true to us and our surroundings.. but still hold high a dream.. a fantasy.. a belief.. a love.. a passion.. you display you have lost your way.. many have.. I have more than once.. part of being human. Your surroundings displayed; through what you have written previously; shows it would be very easy to lose your way.. being in such harsh territory. I am glad you found someone who still challenges your being.. for that is life itself through living and those we know and hold dear. Love can be such torment.. and joy.. and so many things!!! Thank you for sharing... love your honesty my friend and may your heart find peace, understanding and it's own divine love! Myself I chose to end my days in peace and love even though it pains sometimes! =)
i think the best poems happen when we pour our emotions out, put our hearts in the writing. that's what makes a poem beautiful. this is a inspiring, lovely write. showing love in its purest form.
On line five, I think you meant to type if, instead of is. Check it out, and see if I'm not right. I loved the poem. It was very thought provoking, and I unfortunately, related to it wholeheartedly. Read Radical if you get the chance, and you might see the resemblance. Also, my novel, Undercover, features the main character about whom radical was written. This person inspired the lyric, Radical, and partially inspired the book, with a little help from someone else. V
i really enjoyed how rough and raw emotion is captured in this poem. i especially liked the line- "how you play with my heart.... but i feel it as the biggest pleasure i ever known." the poem is very honest and blunt and i really admire that in this work.
This is one of my favorites! I could feel your emotion pour out with in it, like thunderous rains from the clouds.
"Please never stop..I like the way you torture me!"..
Yes indeed , this is my favorite line as well. I love poetry, but enjoy finding the strongest line with in ..(in my opinion!) This is the line of "truth,"as I see it. The hearts main artery!
And the truth is... although it seems to pain you greatly, perhaps almost torment you, the suffering is also what makes it so intense. Perhaps even a little erotic, but oh so worth it all!
I also happen to notice your description read..."too much emotions put in a poem..I am never good at poetry..ha ha Some thoughts just wanted to get out,so i let them out ,ha ha
Well If this is the case, I hope you find more emotions deep within, so you can share those too.
To much emotion has served it's purpose...This was truly a beautiful read!
This is truly beautiful! Somewhere at some point we have all experienced that concentrated, intense, and unexplainable love. Love is a gunman. It shoots the best of us like we are the target at a gun range.
I loved the line "Please never stop..I like the way you torture me". It seems very honest and like you are putting yourself on the line and exposing your feelings. I thought the emotion behind the poem was very good.
Soul searching - no resolution or relief but still much love. Memory is not a tap. It cannot be turned off. We live with it. So it is- welearn from it. If we try to remember the good things, perhaps the sadness is reduced. I hope so.
Emma remembers you fondly and asks me to give you her blessings. She is a good friend to have - perhaps you will drop her a friendly line
