A Poem by blueseeker

Still.

the company, the comfort,

sound of solid drops.

Thoughts cluttered,

flashbacks, reflections, uncertainty.

Slowly, comes

relief

the company, the comfort.

Soon, this weightless body

overrides myself.

the company, the comfort,

Released.

I heard you got drunk that night in the country and fell asleep with your sweetheart in the leaves.

Actually, this was a very impressionable piece, very fluid and open-ended to interpretation.

For me its too many questions to appreciate where you're going or taking the reader...

The poem is very direct isn't it. Using words to convey description as metaphor, good job with this.

I like the minimalistic poetry here.
I would love to see this as cinematic poetry.
Perfect form I must say.
Well done.
