We all take different walks in life and see things differently. Our perceptions are based off emotions so this walk that your on is similar yet slightly obscure from mine. I love the wording of innocent leaves.
You have a significant amount of depth to this poem. From the picture you posted to coincide with this piece I get transported into that world. I close my eyes and walk down that path with the scent of autumn in the air, the cold frigidness of it that's just the first hint of winter's coming. Its like a preparation for the coldness of winter. I can smell the faint hint of wetness from the matted leaves after a slight drizzle with the dry leaves falling atop of it and scurrying with the wind across the path. Questioning in this state of mind brings about a lot of inner reflection as well as contemplative observance of external reactions within the world.
We do in fact judge without guilt in a general sense. Often time we do so without realizing we're doing so hence the not feeling guilt over it. Kind of like an endless cycle there-we judge therefore we are judge and because we are judged we try to do our best to belong, whether its conforming to ideals of a particular group or conforming to general society, going with the flow and losing our individualism. In turn those who strive to hold on to their individualism are judged because of it. Vicious snowball effect. This is the world of today, and realizing it allows us to open our minds and hearts to the harsh reality of it.
Very strongly worded, fantastic piece and inspired a lot of thought and holds a lot of insight within it. Very well penned, my friend
