Gods to Gods

Gods to Gods

A Poem by Eduardo Bautista

The violent and twisted movements The chaos and pools of immaterial blood Serve home for these seeds that grew from the pit of the worlds, Feeding from the flesh of its womb, nourished incompletely. Driven to grow, seeking the light. Defying the conscience that grew within Seeking perfection as perceived without. They look up, as they always do, and they always will. Grew higher, sometimes bending under their own weight They'll pierce through that impermeabilty of Olympus Like vines aloft that bear insecurity and desire.

I'll choose desire. Life is too interesting to be secure.

Wonderfully written and the message is so profound...your flow is superb. Nicely done. :)
