Be Still

Be Still

A Poem by blueeyeddevel

Be still my heart.

Your shameless ways are yelling at my logic.

There is no room for your desires.

So be still my heart, she is way out of league.

Are stupid idea’s of roses and poetry would never win her over.

She loves one thing, and that is not I.

That is not you my heart.
The idea of winning her love is more of a thrill then what it will actual be to have such love.

Your grey matter is much to weak to take her on as a love.

So be still my heart. Before your shameless ways do away with us.

Before you destroy what little ground we have to stand upon.

I know your quivering.
I know your dieing.

But its worth it to let her be.

Its worth it all to let her chase a dream.

A dream is worth loving. A dream is worth having.

A dream is a worlds destruction and a hearts contemplation.

A dream is the only thing I would not want to stand in the way of.

Be still my heart.

Be still. I beg of you.

I beg for mercy.
