As I asked him if I could.

"Never." he said
After I asked when.

"No one." he said
When I asked who cared.

"Not at all. " he said
Once I asked him if he'd miss me.

With these lonely words I left the world
Tumbling,
Trying,
Tearing.
And with these answers in my head, I discovered a place where I could be myself
Dark,
Delirious,
And daunting.
