What happens when tech and magic blend?

Uh...Hello there..I'm going to record recent events in this document as a way to store my memories, I fear losing who i am because of what I am...

Entry 1

Date:9/3/2304

Today I started at a new school  and...well i'll spare you the boring details of a first day…

what's really interesting is that after school I headed home when i felt like somebody was watching me which isn't that unusual as a apex but...i didn't see anybody at all and even more strange the street was oddly empty and silent...I hurried home.

Note:Ok so I should probably explain what a apex is. An apex is a human being of course but one that shouldn't exist because they surpass what should be physically possible as a human and because they're capable of using what's called a vega capacitor to use special abilities. A Echo is a apex that uses their powers for good while a Gamma is a person who has uses their powers and become corrupted by them becoming evil and doing whatever they like. Echos work to defeat Gammas.

Note 2: The vega capacitor shall be called a vega from now on.

The past week or so has been strangely calm after that night until this morning...I went to school and tossed my stuff in my locker when i noticed a note on the bottom of my locker. I looked at the note which was addressed to me...it asked me to meet it’s maker at a tree behind the school. Of course Multiple thoughts went through my head is it a girl or a gamma or something? Nonetheless I decided to go hoping it'll be fine. When I arrived there was nobody there the same emptiness and silence from before...Then I noticed a figure on a skyscraper across the city...whoever asked me here is watching me..and they're dangerous.

Note:Just in case you are confused I saw across the city using my apex abilities

That same situation has been happening repeatedly the figure growing closer each time...I'm sure that soon that person will confront me and i'm not sure what i'll do…

Later that day as i was going home it happened...The same thing happened but as it did a girl walked up to me silently and stared me straight in the eyes.She said nothing for a few minutes then simply walked away the emptiness and silence going with her.

Note:This girl was was beautiful with moonlight white hair and in a black jacket I was speechless.

The same events have happened since then the girl would walk up to me stare at me then leave...I've decided to call her silence till i find out her name...

Note:I'm sorry I Forgot to say this earlier my name is verix and i'm a human male

Silence hasn't appeared in a month it very...strange… on the bright side i'm finally made a friend her name's fel and she's a rather nice and dependable person to the point where i told her about silence and surprisingly it seems she believes me because there's been a rumor that every four years a freshman would be approached by the girl who silence is likely to be and she drives them into a gamma...although….I’m not sure that is entirely right...silence seems very nice despite the emptiness and silence from her…

I have....well...I guess...kind of made contact with silence...fel and I were leaving school when silence appeared and...simply stood there and listened to us nodding at times….

I Have been having strange dreams lately...They are of silence….it seems likes she's always trying to say something…

*A girl stands in front of a destroyed portable terminal as a boy stares at her*

“You’ve got to be kidding me...she was trying to warn me...Why did you kill silence!?” Verix screams

“I can’t have had her warn you before i was ready to make a move dear brother…” the girl tilts her head smiling clearly insane

“I can’t forgive you...ever...you are not….my sister anymore….” Verix blasts his sister with magical fire sending her flying into a wall as he runs of going back to where silence was killed only minutes before

*Surround in a puddle of blood the girl know as silence lies in an alleyway verix rushes to her using almost all his power to heal her*

Silence gasps as air fills her lungs and her wounds heal.Verix sighs with relief.

“We have to hurry or my sister will come back to kill us…and i'm sure my attack didn't do much…”silence nods although she's clearly going to be unable to run for a while.

Verix sighs picking up silence and running down the street through the city. As he runs he can hear the building being destroyed as his sister searches for him.

Hey...It's Verix...It's been awhile since i escaped my sister….Caltrops….Me and Siness barely escaped with our lives….We are currently living in the woods of a mountain...It is only thanks to my apex abilities that we even managed to get this far this fast...that and siness seems to be a apex too but im still don't understand everything about her...a human from the 1200s who has apax powers…? how…?I have to look into it more…

Siness seems to be an apex from before apexi existed although she calls her abilities magic...She's speaking more often which is good but is still strangely quiet although it seems it's partially just her being shy...She's going to start making entries as well.
