Comfort for the Heart

Comfort for the Heart

A Poem by Aya Hyuuga

It was a clear mistake

I didn’t mean to make your heart go wild

I am guilty of putting us at stake

All I wanted was to help

I wanted to soothe your feelings

It was a clear mistake, I was no help

Now everything went wrong

It was such a stupid move

But let’s keep holding on, be strong

I keep on reminding you with it

Unintentionally, I keep hurting you

Your heart cry, and I am the culprit

I rob your lips of its smiles

But let me put it back again

I will keep us going for more miles

Say goodbye to those tears

Set them free, let them flow

Just cry and smile will bloom after
