A Line Drawn.

A Line Drawn.

A Poem by Megan

Backward?

Forward?

In?

Out?

No.

Here.

Immobilized with no where to go-

A step forward, too far

and you lose sight of where you are.

A step back, left behind

and the present has faded from your mind.

So what must become of you?

And where can you turn to?

Right here.

Where now is crystal clear.

I like the first stanza, because it really expresses the feeling of not being able to do anything without feeling like you've messed up. I like this alot. Good job, Eiryn :)

I like this, really original and quirky. First stanza is my favorite, simply because I like the use of the abstract words that ask more questions then they answer. I'm really not sure what this means, but I think that's what I like most about it. I assume its got something to do with the metaphorical line between two people and the parallel relationships between those same, or different people? I like it, good work :)
