never certain-

dreaming of being with you

Is heaven until the

deep truth of reality

overcomes me and I know

none of my dreams are within my grasp. For

things have changed.

like how we stopped talking

or how you stopped confiding in me.

Vast spaces built their way between us

every time we seemed to find each other once more.

Yesterday, I remembered the love all

over your face;

us before life ended our time in reality.

And the only place I can find you

now is in my heart, where my dreams reside.
