Simply Inside (Duet - Silent Poet Ft. BLitZ3D)A Poem by BLitZeDSil3nt Po3t & BLitZ3D

Time and again, time wins again, Eyes shielded as ink runs from a pen, Mind withing away as I climb mountains again. I find I'm paralyzed while moving and energized while thin lines arise as I try to begin, Aroused by the wind, Often greeted by sin, life? Mine that is 'never seems to meet me with gentleman or doors opening just lies, deceit and games constantly running around a bin. Eye(s) never belonging to him, just words like strokes on a pedal to get by never trying to ride but just getting by. deep my insides, I reap as I try. I grieve as I die. Slowly but I hold on. Slightly just to move on. Nothing ever lasts' whether It's friends, love or a lovers grasp. Just mere wind that passes through summers' grass I laugh now , yes.. I cry too but only on the inside, I have no need to see through. i have no desire to believe again, I have no wish to want to come true, i simply just have me! And that I have to come to terms with as I bleed the night fumes. |
Eyes gleam, light ignites the right fuse.
Extreme sight on unreal heights hypes the nights gloom.
In hindsight, the high site rewrites the knights mood.
So i retype an recite our pens eternal woo.
At the top of Everest, my pick ax and hand extended to you.
A bins trash, loves gash, old pictures repentant for truth.
An evil little grin, a kiss blown, and received on a whim, reprimanded in youth.
But in times of the present, these are door ways already traveled through.
Gravel I've been dragged through. A reluctantly hard truth,
but one that i lived too. You know just as well as i do,,,,
if it fits that's my shoe. If your in it, then your mine too.
A mentality, a reality, from the streets that it grew.
Like a bird i went South but from the North, that's true.
Magnetic to some but iconic to all, the liberty's statue.
From there, my bell, i promise its no problem to snatch you.
We share this hell. Who'd a thought, yeah i can rap too.
Roll with two ratchets, twenty-two ,two Glocks, deuce deuces,
One for me and..
Here you go Boo

pretty sensational stuff from you both, love the rap feel and the stunning flow of words into rhyme, I feel the passion in the first part and the loneliness comes through in heaps, the quality of both parts make this a song worth setting to music, great job guys :)
