the modern day religious resistance

 the downfall of Jerusalem good and evils coalition

the realization that god dosnt exist in this dimension

pointless wars to start the next Prohibition

the pressure builds up like a pond of retention

the result told threw history as demons and angels with pent up aggression

hostility for one, the other divine intervention

weapons of deception, 

another of mans creation

preach pages of a book to hide the deviation

the conscience the counselor in the mediation

meditation, the thoughts that provide the levitation

under god ill lie dead in this nation 

and when that time comes ill know iv done great things, 

beat in my ears stars in my eyes while i lie in my bed waiting

God is not a myth and He is so real.. The only reason to why people don't believe that He is there is probably because He is invisible... Guess what whether u believe that He is a myth or not, then that's just your problem.. But remember this.. Your belief does not change the fact and reality that there is a heaven and hell, God and satan ..and people understand it however you want to, but if you are not saved which means you did not commit your life Jesus then there is just one place for you HELL.. After all, earth is just our temporary home..

i must say i disagree with some opinions here - man is god - as with the animals the sea - the birds and the tree- the stars and the sun - god is everyone - god is the binding energy that unites us all - if only we could take of the blindfold and see it

Well, people are not gods...people are just mortal beings, that live for a few decades, and maybe do something they consider, "great things" or live a "Good life" and they die, their bodies rot, and eventually turn into dust. Thats it. As for god...i believe there is no such thing as "god"...if there was, the world would be different...but there is no god, and people are not gods.

i do value your opinion, and thank u for it. in my own i believe there is good and evil, god and the devil just being representations of that. and yes we did destroy the earth, but its not dead yet, thats where hope comes in, or god if u will, there is still a chance. but within all of the universe and galaxies out there i can not believe that we are alone or as important as most believe

I never said that we are...there is a good chance that there is intelligent life on other planets... But that is just a big "Maybe" and we're not the most important beings. We all need hope, but God is in my opinion the source of hope, not the hope that we all should have within, rather the source of that hope. Anyways, you are welcome :)

Blitzed, A very intense and powerful write, I can almost hear an ominous bass drum beat behind the words. The way it is constructed, with limited punctuation, gives it a sense of immediacy...an electrified presence that drums up the already intense and beating stance. (Not a criticism: the big bolded font makes it a bit hard for ME to read, seems like it's all scrunched up...but that is just me). Excellent write. take care...dan
