A Maiden Lost Without a Name

A Maiden Lost Without a Name

A Poem by blind poet
"

my first attempt at the Kyrielle form

"
Out of the shadowed dark she came
a maiden lost without a name.
Out of the faery mists came she.
She still remains a mystery.

The years have past, the years have gone;
but yet no memory lives on.
Who is this lass, who could she be?
She still remains a mystery.

She asked about a mortal lad.
For once upon a time she had
a love so rich and pure and free.
She still remains a mystery.

She looked at me with so much love;
but sadly, love is not enough.
Of her I have no memory.
She still remains a mystery.

With tears she faded from my view.
'Farewell, my friend, adieu to you,
I wish that you remembered me.'
She still remains a mystery.

Awesome poem. Your rhythm never faulted and it's such a good story you've created. Excellent job.
