Three Pt 2

Second part!!! Isn't as long.

I stood up and took my shorts off and began walking towards the water. I put my toe in and got goosebumps, it was freezing cold. I put my arms around myself and walked in. I held my breath and let the ice water touch my delicate, warm skin. I went deeper until it was at my bellybutton and then I went under and then came up. I was freezing cold when my body hit the air. Stacy was watching me from shore and he was laughing. 

“Oh my gosh Karina! Are you insane?” he said as I walked out of the water and laid on my towel. I shook my head no with a smile. “I think you are. You must be freezing,” he touch my arm, “gosh you are! You got guts doing what you just did. I don’t even think Axel can do that and he’s the toughest Skater boy.” I laughed. 

“Well there, ha, I did it!” I put my shorts back on and stood up. “Now, it’s your turn.” I said. His face became all cocky like and he stood up. 

“Alright, I’ll do it, but you have to watch cause what if I don’t do it.” He asked chuckling. I pushed him towards the water and he laughed. “Okay, okay! I’ll do it.” I crossed my arms and felt the ocean breeze create goosebumps on my body. I saw him walk to the edge and he turned back. “It’s freezing!” he whined. 

“Come on, you just have to do it once and then you can say you did it, okay?” I smiled. He nodded and turned back towards the water. He walked to his knees and then he dove right in. He emerged a little unhappy and cold, but he had a smile on his face. He walked out and took my hand and pulled me into the water. 

“Ahhh! No it’s too cold!” I complained. He picked me up and carried me over to where it was up to his stomach. He set me down and we both went under and then a wave came. I laughed and splashed him. “You are so unfair! I didn’t pull you in th water!” he laughed. 

“I know, but you know what, it’s so much fun.” Another wave came and we rode in, that was fun. We got washed up on the shore like seaweed. I went back in the water and washed the sand out of my bathing suit and then stood up. He walked over and gave me a big cold hug. 

“I think it’s still fair, you pulled me over to the water and made me continue even with my complaining.” I smiled and poked his nose. 

“Okay I guess it’s fair.” He let go and I chuckled. We walked back to where our towels were. I wrapped myself in the towel and stood there. 

“Karina! Stacy!” we turned around and saw Dex, Axel, Slater, Double D, Austin, and Debbie. We waved at them and I felt my face get all hot. 

“You’re blushing!” Stacy said. I looked at him. “Damn girl you’re face is like a shiny red apple,” he teased, “calm down.” I nodded. 

“Do you want us to come down there or wait for you two?” Axel asked. I looked at Stacy and thought for a moment. 

“Do you want to hang out here for a little bit longer?” I asked. He nodded. “We’ll be there in about a half hour!” I called. Dex gave the thumbs up and I unwrapped myself in the towel and sat down on it. Stacy was on his tummy and held himself up by his arms. I chuckled. 

“What?” he asked with a smile. 

“It’s nothing....but I mean....how can I stop blushing every single time I see Austin? He’s just so cute. “Stacy let out a chuckle as well. 

“Don’t worry about it, if you want when I’m there I’ll just embarrass you in some way so people won’t know.” 

“How about I just try and not all the time around him, doesn’t that sound like a better idea?” he nodded. I laid down on my tummy too and sighed. 

“Have you had a boyfriend before?” 

“Yeah I have had two and they’ve both sucked. My first boyfriend didn’t actually like me, he felt sorry for me, and that didn’t end very well, and my second  was way too possessive. Have you ever had a girlfriend?” I asked. He shook his head no. 

“Well mister that needs to change, unless of course you play for your own team, but that’s cool too.” I said teasing him just the slightest. 

“Nah. Girls excite me more than guys, hahaha WAY more than guys. I don’t know, I don’t really like any girls right now, so I’m just ya know going solo for right now.” He said smiling. I nodded and chuckled. 

“Cool bro!” I turned and laid on my back and looked up at the sky. It looked so magical. The sun was setting and it was getting to be that purple kind of sky. It was around 7:40. 

A little bit after 8, me and Stacy decided to head back up to my house. When we walked in we saw Dex, Axel, Double D, Slater, Austin, and Debbie sitting in the tiny living room. 

“Hey there they are!” Slater said turning around. “Where have you two been? Rather what have you two been up to?” I ran my fingers through my hair and smiled. 

“We were down at the beach just laying on our towels and talking. We also went in the water even though it was freezing cold.” I said chuckling. 

“Dang girl! Really?” Debbie asked. I nodded. “Hahaha Ax you couldn’t even do that if you tried. Did you go all the way in?” 

“Heck yes! Stace was there to watch. It was pretty cold, but pretty awesome. Then I made him go in the freezing water and he did it, and then he pulled me back in and that wasn’t so much fun.” I said laughing. 

“And how was that?” Slater asked. 

“Cold once again, but we had fun. I am wiped though. Some of the waves are rather powerful. Anyway, I’ll be right back I am going to change.” I walked towards Dex’s and my room and then closed the door. I opened the closet and looked at my clothes. I grabbed a pair of shorts and a blue tank top and one of Dex’s sweaters and found a bra and a pair of panties. I took off my wet bathing suit and slipped those on. I put my bathing suit in the dirty duds bag and went into the bathroom to brush my hair. Once I was done I walked back out and sat down next to Stacy, who put his arm on my shoulder. “Oh goodness thanks.” I teased him, “using me as an arm rest, the nerve.” He chuckled. 

“Alright I’m sorry.”

“Dex, where did my dad go?” I asked. 

“I think him and his friends went out, so we’re stuck here unless we wanna do some walking.” Dex said fixing his hoodie. I nodded and quickly glanced over at Austin who was looking at his shoes and then his eyes drifted over to me, which caused me to blush and look away. I thought it was so cute at how I always blushed when our eyes caught one another. I tried to recover from that when Stacy poked my arm. I looked at him and he made a face and I playfully shoved him and chuckled. 

“What is going on with you two?” Slater asked, “is there something we should know?” Stacy and I began to crack up laughing because we thought we were being subtle, I guess not. 

“No, there is nothing that needs to be shared, we’re just being silly so don’t mind us.” I said poking Stacy and putting my head in his lap. He laid back on his hands and I looked up at the ceiling. I glanced upside down at Austin. I felt my tummy become filled with butterflies again and I sighed looking at him. 

“What are you guys doing tomorrow?” Double D asked. 

“I don’t know, it’s up to my dad, and he’ll probably tell us we can do anything but not to get in trouble.” I said. I felt Stacy chuckle. 

“There’s a new movie coming out tomorrow, you want to come see it with us?” Austin asked. I sat up and turned towards him. 

“I’m down for that! Dex, what about you?” I asked. He had to think for a moment. His lips curled into a smile and nodded. 

“That sounds awesome Austin. Are you all going?” I began to attack Stacy, laughing, and frolicking on the floor. I was in a very hyper mood right now and I think it had to do something with Austin being so close. 

“Uhm I’m going, Axel, and Double D. Stacy you’re welcome to come if you want.” Austin said. I stopped poking and attacking Stacy and sat on my butt. 

“Nah I gotta help my mom with some stuff, but why don’t you go ahead Kar.” It wouldn’t beas fun without Stacy, but I’d be getting time to spend with Austin, which made me smile. I nodded. “What movie are you gonna see?” 

“We plan on seeing Ocean Eye, it sounds so boss!” Axel said. 

“I heard about that, it does sound awesome.” I said. Axel threw me a smile and I smiled back. “Debbie, you aren’t gonna come?” I asked.

“No, I can’t. I have to babysit, but I’ll definitely catch up with you guys later.” She said. “And I really wanted to see Ocean Eye with you guys.” 

“Aw don’t worry, we’ll see it again! All of us.” I said patting her leg. She smiled at me. 

Everyone left around 11 and then me and Dex were left by ourselves, my dad still wasn’t back yet, I guess he was having a great time with his friends. 

“Should we wait up for him?” Dex asked. I shrugged. 

“You can if you want mister, I am exhausted, so I would love to go to bed.” I chuckled a little bit. I turned around and heard Dex. 

“I know your little secret missy, you can’t deny it anymore.” I turned around and saw him with is arms crossed and an eye brow raised. 

“Really now, do tell me what you have discovered.” 

“You have a thing for Stacy.”
