West Coast SunA Poem by Moth Phoenixa dream of living in california that i've had for a long time. i got the words on a document and here they are. (:The sun shines differently, east coast and west coast. I see the east, but I wish to see the west. It is only a dream of mine now, but soon I hope differently. He will take me there, fantasy to reality. To see the west coast sun, the emotions will take me higher. It is exactly what I want, a sweet melodic vision. We will get there some how, and leave this place behind. Only look back in pictures, but never turn are heads. I'll hold his hand tightly, and feel our souls bind. The west coast sun shines differently, I only see the east coast shine. I cannot remember the pacific, only the atlantic. I hope that one day that will change, and I will be able to see the west. I have spent my entire life on the east, seen everything there is to see. Heard what is to be heard over here, felt the sun shine down at it's hottest. West coast sun shines differently, than the east coast sun. From the sunrise, to the sunset. © 2010 Moth PhoenixAuthor's Note
