Butterflies in my Tummy

Sometimes I wonder why there are all these butterflies,

especially when I look in your eyes. 

This feeling seems to always happen in my tummy,

maybe it's because you're really funny. 

Everything I feel for you is deep in my heart,

when your away its like I'm stabbed with a dart. 

I feel your energy when you give me a hug,

and I know you'll always save me from any bug.

I've been waiting for our very first kiss,

I hope it doesn't go a miss. 

I watch you and all that you do,

so here is what I am gonna say.

I love you,

and remember that every day.
