Ryan

Ryan

A Poem by Moth Phoenix
"

Another jerk I liked and sadly still sorta like.

"
We used to be friends,

that came to an end.

We used to laugh together,

now we avoid each other.

I can’t help but look at you,

you can’t help but look at me.

Did we make the right choice?

One of us needs to speak our voice.

I miss you all the time,

don’t ever tell me that I’ll be fine.

Why do you still stare?

Is it that you still care?

You made me cry myself to sleep,

a picture of you I still keep.

I ask myself why,

our friendship didn’t have to die.

I want to hear you laugh,

but what I still have for you is wrath.

Why did you have to leave me?

I should have just let it be.

Can you hear how hard I’m tryin?

To stop crying.

It’s because I f*****g still like you Ryan.
