Human

Human

A Poem by Moth Phoenix
"

I've been giving my actions that i've had in the last few days some thought.

"

I get jealous.

Insecure.

Angry.

Mad.

Sad.

Happy

I can't help it, I'm only human.

I hold back tears when I should cry.

But I cry when I should stand strong.

Little things annoy me.

Certain things piss me off.

Remember, I'm only human.

I sometimes make mistakes.

And sometimes I'm annoying.

I like to talk too much.

But then again I'm only human.

I stand strong when I need to be.

I act nice when I have to.

I think people don't like me.

I get paranoid.

I'm only human.

I am who I am.

I love me.

Once again, I'm only human.

This feels like a journey through the right hemisphere female brain, oh and I live enough of my life there myself. We are who we are Moth, phoenix to the light!

Human emotions are unpredictable and no matter how we try we cannot always control them.
