Speechless

Speechless

A Poem by BL

Speechless I stood
Could hardly utter a word
As you turned and walked away.
When things feel so right, kissing under moon and starlight
I’m speechless, what more can I say?
What words can I use, to describe my delight
As you stand in my arms this cool autumn night.
When times all our own, yet we’re not alone
And the world is bustling, bustling, round our embrace.
How can I speak, with words that aren’t known
And relate such wonderful feelings?
How do I describe an angel from above,
Whom showers me with affection, kindness and love.
What does one say to a girl he admires?
Intelligence, beauty…
What any man desires.
How can I speak, when you take my breath away?
I need you so much, I want you to stay.
