giddiness

This untamed heart

Strikes again,

I am inspired,

I am in denial now,

But admittedly,

I am feeling elated

Knowing that

After a long time,

My heart starts to beat again.

Call it crush,

Call it attraction,

Call it infatuation,

This feeling of glee

Envelops me at present

How I love this feeling.

Thank you for this feeling,

Of inspiration,

Of awe,

Of this giddiness.

Still a long way to go,

To overcome the fear

Of loving someone new,

But thank you

For this

Awesome start.
