belief

A Poem by sette

The more pain I endure.

makes me stronger than before.

It has been an emotional havoc

these past few months.

I have the best support system

this planet gave me,

despite the many trials.

I am here standing tall.

I have the big faith

in the Supreme Being,

who has been my anchor,

in this raging waters.

I have the belief,

that everything will just pass

and that my world will be

silent again.

beliefs are firm pole that ease the suffering we endure. and yes everything will pass, nothing is stagnant in our lives. Hope you are fine now. well written!

Nice words Sette. You are right, my friend it all just passes. I suffered badly from PTSD after the war in Vietnam for years. Then one day I started a search into my inner self, and after a while of this, my life completely changed from hate, and anger until Joy came into my heart and everything is wonderful.
The answer is definitely within each one of us. Now at seventy six, this is the most beautiful my of my life. I sincerely hope that the peace and joy will show itself to you also...Peter
