For the understanding and support.

I know it is not easy for you,

To adjust to the way I live.

 

Our worlds are too different,

Yours is so quiet, so solemn,

Mine is totally different.

Yet you are still here.

 

Sometimes I wonder,

What you see in me.

We have few things in common,

Iced coffee is the closest thing.

 

Yet, you adjust easily,

To my quirks and my moods,

You came at a time,

When I thought I was really okay.

 

You are something new to me,

I just can’t even put a label on it.

But you know you light up my life

More these days.

 

With that,

I want to thank you.
