walk away

If  there is a wish,

I want to be true

Even for a day,

I wish that I can tell you

I love you and I am sorry.

 

You have been a

big part in my life,

more than I can imagine,

You filled up my life

 

You taught me how to love

really love,

not only for myself,

but for others as well.

 

We have had the right love

but then I know

it will not last,

call it instinct.

 

A reason has to drive you

away from my life,

I have no other recourse,

But to walk away.

I agree with the thoughts of this poem. Sometimes even if you want to love something or someone with all you're heart doesn't mean it's going to last. But I thought this was very well written, good job
