It is so true that life certainly has its ups and downs. So many lows, but more importantly so many more highs. I have 37 more years than your 40 and I'm still going strong and pretty darn happy with my life.
Like Galadriet said before me"Age is just a figure. . . . it's what inside the heart that counts." I also think that although age has its problems, it beats the alternative.
Take care - Dave

This is a great piece on life after 40. So much gratitude despite trials and struggles. I loved this: Like riding a carousel and Roller coaster at the same time." An excellent description of life up to 40, makes it very easy to relate and paints a great picture of what it is like before 40. Cheers!
