I'm silent and blank as the world moves on, and yet the cry inside begs for help.

I’m silent
Blank as you go on
Inside I buzz with activity
Things I keep hidden
You say anything
I agree everything
Doesn’t matter what I want
I stop myself.
And go with what you want.

I’m silent.
Blank as you hate on
Inside I buzz with sadness
Tears I keep hidden
You hate everything
I say nothing
Doesn’t matter how I try
I stop myself
And let myself be degraded.

I’m silent.
Blank as you talk on.
Inside I buzz with hate
Opinions I keep hidden
You talk anything
I know everything
Doesn’t matter what I say
I stop myself
And let the rumors fly.

I’m silent.
Blank as the world goes on
Inside there is no buzz
Numb I keep hidden
You try everything
I accept nothing
Doesn’t matter what you do
I can’t stop
And I feel my soul leave
