Whirlwind

Whirlwind

A Poem by BlakeL79

Letting go,
never known.
Sobriety brings conherence,
intoxication revelrence.

Open up to to new experience,
understand what moves you.
Divide and conquer all things considered,
as you feel what flows through you.

Searching, hunting, find the prey,
never knowing what is safe.
On the prowl day and night,
caring not what is right.

The mind it comes with great vigor,
shatters all preconceived rigor.
Disciplined, hardened, tempered steel,
in a moment all revealed.

What has happened not undone,
too late effects the chosen one.
The mind has chosen to wander,
moments passed have been squandered.

Believe yourself, believe to be,
trustiung others implicitly.
Fear not the happenstance,
searching for acceptance.
