It's okay you hate me.

It's okay you hate me.

A Poem by Don't Sit Cos I Moved Your Chair

We still talk. But you never say
you love me.

We still walk together. But we don't
hold hands.

We still hang out all the time. But
we don't kiss.

And it's okay that you hate me.

I understand why you do.

We're too fucked up we're too broken
to be loving anyone ever again.

I can relate to this quite well. The simplicity elicits a torrent of emotion from the reader. While each may identify in slightly different ways, there is an underlying thread of experience that makes this a compelling piece.

I don't suppose you listen to the Cure...

This is nice and short and sweet. Something which I can't do. I like how the first three stanzas are in similar parallel structure (not exactly, but similarly). I see there's a little strong language, but I really enjoy the usage of it to express feelings. Good job!

Short but sweet and full of emotion. It was simple and to the point but does not lack in depth. Great job, keep it up. :)
