A moment

A moment

A Poem by Blackvelvet

The sun sets softle now , the sand hold's the heat but no longer the crouds,

I hear the ripple of the water moving in to meet the shore,

I feel your lips pressed on mine,

The wind plays a thousand chimes as the ocean fades into the distance,

One brief moment preserved for a lifetime,

The world belonged to two, a magical moment,

A  moment of me .........................you.

I felt wrapped up in the moment of embrace....

That so romantic , when you write a love and romantic poem there is always a chance it would be to sweet, like a cake with too much honey, you did it so well, you kept the right dose of sweetness in that poem, a little bit more and it was too much :)... very good I love your poetry , keep on writing romantic women ...Yossi

Two hearts melding in oneness excellent poetic romanticism and imagery!
