Backward

Backward

A Poem by The Everyday Surprises of Having a Family

Hate this world,

People are so ignorant

Cruel to the right,

Compassion to the wrong.

There is no God to me,

Only hell for too long.

How can they turn?

Walk away and let it die?

Bending what's right

Til we believe the lie.

But I will not believe,

I know the truth now,

I'll watch you fall

And i will not bow.
