Now and Then

Now and Then

A Poem by The Everyday Surprises of Having a Family
"

it's how it use to be and wat the relationhip turned into....

"

You use to:

hold my hand

say i love you

kiss me

walk me to class

tell me you want to marry me

hold me just because

look me eyes and tell me im beautiful

you use to do so much

Now you:

dont hug me

dont kiss me

dont hold my hand

dont even say hi

That is why i left you. You distance yourself from me so i said it's over

It's too bad you could see how much i loved you Too bad you could see what you had right in front of you

You wouldn't know somene truely loved you i like i did if she screamed into a megaphone right in your ear.

well, besides grammar, it's very straightforward, simple, painful...but kind of plain and fact-like
