Dreams

Based off of a line from a character on the anime AirTV.

Forget-me-nots,

and summer skies.

Calm and love, serene.

Oh how we wish to live forever,

in this peacful dream.

Warm and safe,

with billowing clouds.

Where you hide away,

wrapped in gentle day.

But, summer skies so blue,

they turn a darker hue.

White fades out to gray,

night takes over day.

Our minds do not play fair.

And a dream from which we never wake,

shall only become a nightmare.
