Her

Her

A Poem by Black Cat Fever
"

A mans obsession for a beautiful woman becomes deadly.

"
Her skin, so soft
It drove the stranger mad
He wrote a poetic rhyme for her
Then a whole lot more
Outside the chickens cackled
Little witches with wings
He couldn't remember anything but her
A sick obsession in his mind
He grew calculating, plotting
Somehow he'd have his beauty
Somehow she could be his
Time was short, he'd have to start
The need to hurry in him was strong
But the trap he set went all wrong
The bombs exploded while she was home
He went mad, became obedient to the darkness
Anything else he no longer did know

This kind of obsession can only end one way. That conclusion is perfectly executed here. Nice job!

This is fascinating and the pace of it intensifies the unfolding madness. A skillful insight into the darkness of obsession.

Thanks so much.
A very frightening tale in this poem. How does one escape such human monster> This sort of situation often ends in death. The law seems to lean more toward the crazy person then their soon to be victim.

There are such cruel people in the world who become obsessed over someone. They are more deadly than cancer or nay other disease. You have no chance with someone like that, or very little chance. Awesome poem. Well done.

This man's mad obsession ultimately cost him his soul.
Strikes me as a monumentally poor bargain.
Powerful offering!

Yes, a dark deadly obsession. This is truly terrifying because it is real.
