"Wandering about in my forest with my owls again."
Frost forest white shadows linger deep silence eerie silence the sun peaks through for a moment only I hear a whisper the frozen icy tree limbs rattle I shiver but keep going there is no fear for me I know this forest it is my heart and soul the clouds move in once again
the sun's shine is gone once more in the tree branches the owls watch I can feel their interested stares for they are my feathery winged pals who follow me everywhere
The snow is here and is holding on. Here in Michigan. Cold days keep a coming. I enjoyed the poem. Winter does had it beauty also. I like the friendly owl. Owls mean good luck when they are keeping a eye on you in the forest. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

Sounds like a cold but beautiful place, enchanting and with the owls always following you,
makes for one magical winter landscape. Very impressive and skillfully done.
I live in a world of snow. It never ends until I visit the city, hundreds of miles away.
I try to be creative in my writings and appreciate
the creative ability in others. I'm not a critic. If I l.. more..
