One

A Poem by blackbelief

The orange sky turns to grey,
Melodies of wind start to flow again.
Shivering drops fall on our skin;
holding your hands, I can forever walk this rain.

Still pools of water reflect our faces.
In these moments of love, our heart beat romances.
Gazing on to our souls, we walk ahead,
                forever...

And only as the tune guises,
our candid fervor agnizes.
Love, in its own being, is simply an elegant sum,
Of you and me, as we become one.
