A Poem by Hush Hush

If I were to die tomorrow
I thought...
I would choose to live with much less sorrow,
I would like to live my life with much more dynamism,
Dive in the seas,
Jump from the planes,
Experience all the things I was scared to experience.

Because I don't know what will happen tomorrow,
And sometimes deep down I'm afraid of death,
But when I think about it,
Even though my life isn't perfect,
And my problems might get bigger,
I know that if I were to die tomorrow,
I would die happy and filled with joy,
Thankful for all the things I was given,
And feelings which I received...

And maybe, just maybe...
If I will be lucky enough, I might get another chance at life.

Hush Hush
I was riding on the bus and reflecting on the tragic deaths of people of Pompeii, and here is the poem I got from these reflections. :)

A very thoughtful poem Hush. You express through your words something we should all think about. Sometimes we must take chances because we never know how much longer we have. Life is to be lived. As long as we don't dwell on death and look forward to doing more things that are positive, we can all live better and more fulfiling lives. Good poem.
