I hate the fact that I’ve lost my focus

But it seems I won’t get it back

Every time he comes running to me

It’s gone again

I don’t want to lose my focus

I have so much I want to do

And those things can’t wait for my sordid love life to sort itself out

I need to put it behind me

I need to regain my focus

I need a break from everyone

It’s just that I’ve lost my mind and I gotta find it

Once I get back on my train of thought, I’ll be back here

I just need some time to collect myself
