Alone

another one from darker days, written on the same night as the last. it was a rough night, filled with all sorts of pain and bitterness, and i had to let it out

It hurts to once again lose out on love

To have fallen so hard

Only to end up alone

To make it worse

He ran from me

He proved himself to be a coward

He ran from love

He ran from me

He ran from us

And for what?

For someone a couple thousand miles away

For someone who has no feeling for him

For someone that is not me

And here I stand yet again

Lost, hurt, confused, pissed off

It’s all his fault that the softness in me is truly dead again
