Roberty Bobbity

A little poem my grandfather use to tell us that I rewrote and added to a little.

Roberty Bobbity big belly Ben
Eat as much meat as four score of men
A cow and a calf
A hog and a half
Forty more feet of johnny cake
Waiting for it to bake
And a chunk of cheese
If you please.
 
Roberty Bobbity big belly Ben
Had three daughters and then two again
First Juanita and Bernita
Thirdly sweet Geneva
Then with June came Robbie Jane
Five fair maidens in his reign
Roberty Bobbity big belly Ben
  Now is fighting off four score of men!
