An impulse

An impulse

A Poem by N. An

I am I wish

a sane impulse,

Un dodged

and unswerved

By you, even in

hurt or pain

You unknowingly take

I am I wish,

your number one

and no one less than that

I am I wish

the nameless spur

You can not vindicate.

I wish I am

the charm, the hope

Ordained to re emerge.

And never to be felt to drift,

into the mist of fate.

Knitted together impeccably.

I seem to be waiting for more intensity to touch my writing, though I am pleased to know it stirred something deep down. :) Thanks

A great piece of work. Emotions felt remind of of a tryst or thoughts after a meaningful first encounter. Not knowing but wanting there to be more. I like it!

I like the way you took chances by separating parts of words. It could use a little punctuation to affirm the pauses at the end of lines. All in all, a tight little piece of work.
