Human Beings

Human Beings

A Poem by Footprints al carbon
"

It's in style to be one

"
Ink wells aren't yet deep enough
Fuel the world with endless bones
More bits of space and time
Only we create these
Only what becomes these
Human beings
Human members of no kind
Some time is all we need
Then the bits will fit
Take a byte and make a bit
Break it down and let it go
As the room dims up
Even the shadows swing low
Black on the white page don't you know
When we write make beautiful
Poetry is the dulling point
Knowing the blade is for benefit
Point is don't fear the cut
For the sharpest point
Make a sharper world
Make a loving
Human being

About
I'm a part time poet, usually during waking hours. An idea must be fed and put to bed in harmonic frequency as to the sun moving about the sky. Poetry is exhausting so burn clean my peoples. more..
