Anxious

Anxious

A Poem by Footprints al carbon
"

A path not taken is a path not known.

"
Chewing the truth as a bitter,
Raw meat clinging to bone,
A tension of resonant timbre,
Plucking the dominant tone,
Beginning a sigh of ambition,
Like breathing the kiss of death,
It must be consumed to deliver,
To respect an atonement of Seth,
Stick to the solid encounter,
Where motion is hidden to set,
Relative seat of perception,
A vector of emotional sweat,
Take the blast as delivered,
Reach for the pinnacle prize,
The level of seeming importance,
Is sufficient for the parchment of size,
Bubbling the air of resilience,
A swallow will skirt on the fence,
To tackle the wandering demon,
Stick to the task that's not done,
Accepting a feeling existing,
A break in the palace of one.

About
I'm a part time poet, usually during waking hours. An idea must be fed and put to bed in harmonic frequency as to the sun moving about the sky. Poetry is exhausting so burn clean my peoples. more..
