The Colorful Tapestry of Union

Life refracted for interactive illumination.

The way towards unity is only through life:

  interactive and entertaining perception,

  sharing and entering into one moment,

  where the discomfort of position,

  where the weight of experience,

  where the rigidity of self,

  can be put on display and diminished;

And like a crystal glinting in the sun,

  ideas refracted from inner perceptions,

  can be projected into the world,

  not for the purpose of finding a place for self,

  but for the purpose of illuminating beauty,

  illustrating the color that is possible to give,

  projecting what can never be taken,

  but can always be received;

As the prism is always open,

  what it receives into its body,

  does not resemble what it gives,

  but giving is always inevitable,

  for it cannot hold what is received forever,

  and in sharing each our own colorful reflection,

  projecting a new type of light into the world,

  together we can seek to find:

  a more perfect union.
